Most problems will be resolved by dealing directly with the manufacturer. Please see the information in the box or contact us directly for filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
For other types of claims: The return must be received within 30 days of your date of receipt of your original order. Upon receipt of your return, we will examine the product. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will ship a replacement product to you free of charge. If your product is found to be in saleable condition, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for freight charges to ship the replacement replacement product. These charges will be collected from you prior to the shipment of your replacement product.
Before an item can be eligible for return, you must contact us with a detailed reason for the return and follow any and all instructions provided in response to your email. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) via email, as well as a brief description of our procedures. In order for a return to be accepted, please include the following:
* A valid RA
* A copy of our invoice
* A description for the reason of the return
* All item packaging, accessories, manuals, etc
* RA number prominently displayed on outside of return box
All returns must be accompanied by a valid RA, without exception. Item should be packaged in the same manner in which it was received. Item should be returned in the same condition as received, with no damage, markings, or alterations due to misuse or abuse.
If your product has concealed shipping damage when you receive your order, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of product so a claim can be filed with the shipper.
After Refund & Replacement Policies Expire
Once 30 days have passed since your date of receipt of your order, we cannot be responsible for product replacements or refunds. No return will be accepted once our refund and replacement policies have expired for your particular product.
After 30 days, all sales become final, and all manufacturers’ warranty and service options will need to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
All products are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Please email a customer representative for an RA number. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. RAs are effective for 30 days only.
The RA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or RA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.
All returns must be returned with freight PREPAID. Damaged and defective product replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.
All non-defective returns will be assessed a 25% restock fee within 30 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.
Defective product can be returned within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, we will credit the customer’s account for merchandise costs. No cash refunds will be allowed. Credit on account will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items.
- Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
- Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
- Color copiers, printers, fax machines, toner cartridges and consumables.
Please allow one week for return processing.
Returns will not be accepted 30 days after sale, regardless of reason.
