Unfortunately due to the nature of this product we cannot accept returns if the box has been opened. If you have not opened the box, we can refund your order for up to 10 days after you receive it but you are responsible for return shipping.

What size flat panels can X-arm hold?
In general, X-arm can be programmed to hold a variety of different size TVs between 40" and 62" (1016mm and 1575mm). Specifically, X-arm can hold a flat panel TV that satisfies the following two conditions:
1. TV must weigh under 180 pounds (81.72Kg); and
2. Total width of the TV (not diagonal dimension) must be less than 61 inches (1549 mm).

Do I need an Adapter Kit to mount the TV to X-arm?
X-arm is provided with a universal mounting bracket to fit most popular TVs with VESA mounting hole patterns. For TVs with non-VESA mounting hole patterns, optional extension kit is available.

X-arm's robotic technology effortlessly eliminates the three major complaints associated with viewing and installing flat panel displays: glare, reflection and limited mounting locations because of off-axis viewing problems.
At the touch of a button with the provided universal remote control, X-arm smoothly extends the TV 12 inches from the wall allowing the viewer to adjust the swivel left/right range of motion from 20º to 28º (depending on display size) in either direction and tilt range to 25º down and 7º up until the optimum glare-free viewing angle is obtained.

Does X-arm offer any cable management system?
Audio/Video and power cables are harnessed and concealed within the X-arms bellows. In addition, excess cables can be also stowed away in a provided tray.

Can X-arm be in-wall mounted?
Yes, however, in-wall mounting X-arm may limit the swivel movement. See in-wall mount photos as example.

What size mounting holes does the X-Arm fit?
X-arm – standard width hole pattern fits 21.50” – 28.27” and standard height hole pattern up to 18.50” – beyond these measurements requires an extender kit.
